frësh drop is an interior air freshener designed for toilet cubicles and restrooms. Its insert, made from a proprietary material infused with a deodorant-based fragrance, releases fragrance gradually without batteries or electricity. In closed cubicles with little or no ventilation it lasts 60+ days, and where the air moves more the fragrance disperses faster. Its waterdrop-shaped design complements any restroom interior, while the included adhesive tape allows for easy installation on almost any surface. For small spaces, choose the compact ëkco loop.
The frësh drop insert is made with recycled EVA, and the material can be recycled. The insert and the base both contain the Eco-One™ additive, so both are biodegradable in landfill. In an independent laboratory test, ëkcos EVA with Eco-One™ reached 93% biodegradation within 3.5 years, and up to 99% is projected within 5 years.

How long does a urinal screen last?
ëkcoscreen 60+ and xcrën HD 60+ give 60+ days of fragrance, twice as long as standard 30-day screens. In low-traffic restrooms they last even longer. powër screen, üro lite and xcrën puck give up to 30 days, which makes them ideal for monthly maintenance.
How does the anti-splash system work?
Our screens use Sealed Bristles Technology™, our own patented anti-splash system. Dense bristles break up the urine stream and minimize urine splashback. The bristles cover 95% of ëkcoscreen 60+ and 92% of xcrën HD 60+. üro lite uses the same technology with long bristles, which give big splash protection in a small screen.
What does “biodegradable in landfill” mean, and how was it tested?
It means that our material breaks down in a biologically active landfill, where used screens end up. The Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico City tested ëkcos EVA with Eco-One™ under the standards ASTM D5511 and ISO 15985. It reached 93% biodegradation within 3.5 years, while the same material without the additive showed 0%. Up to 99% is projected within 5 years. This is a projection from the measured trend, not a measured result. Biodegradation depends on landfill conditions.
